Description

The Infernus black heated display cabinet shows hot food on three adjustable shelves behind glass, in a black frame that looks smart on a front counter. It suits cafés, delis, bakeries, takeaways and farm shops selling pies, pasties, sausage rolls and savouries.

An automatic thermostat with temperature display keeps food at serving temperature, a water container in the base adds moisture, and an internal top light keeps the display bright. Sliding doors front and back let staff load and serve from either side, and it runs on 1.84kW from a standard 13A plug.
