Description
The Infernus 120 litre heated display cabinet shows pies, pasties, sausage rolls, chicken and baked goods on three adjustable tiers behind a curved glass front. It is sized for busy cafés, bakeries, takeaways and convenience stores that sell hot food all day.
An automatic thermostat with a temperature display holds 30–90°C, a water tray in the base adds moisture so food does not dry out, and an LED light keeps the display bright. Sliding doors front and back let staff load and serve from either side, and it runs on 1.1kW from a 13A plug.
