Description
Description
The Infernus 99 litre heated display is a tall, narrow glass tower that shows hot food on three shelves from every side, in a footprint just 460mm wide. It suits cafés, bakeries, sandwich shops and coffee counters where space is tight but hot food needs to be seen.
A water tray in the base keeps food moist, the illuminated header draws the eye, and the thermostat with digital temperature display runs from 30 to 90°C. Staff serve through the doors on the back, and it runs on 0.8kW from a standard 13A plug.
