Description
The Infernus INF-RC19 cooks up to 19 litres of rice in one batch and then switches itself to keep-warm, holding rice at serving temperature through a whole service. It is sized for busy restaurants, Indian and Chinese takeaways, sushi bars, hotels and caterers.
Operation is one touch: add rice and water, press the switch, and the cooker does the rest. The non-stick inner pot lifts out for serving and cleaning.
