Description

The Infernus INF-NC6 cooks six portions of noodles, pasta, ramen, dumplings or vegetables at once, in three tanks with two baskets each. It is built for lunchtime and evening rushes in noodle bars, takeaways, restaurants and buffet service.

Each tank has its own thermostat and drain tap, so you only heat what you need and can hold tanks at different temperatures. The baskets have heat-resistant wooden handles for quick portioning.
