Description

The Infernus INF-NC4 cooks four portions of noodles, pasta, ramen, dumplings or vegetables at once, in two tanks with two baskets each. It suits takeaways, noodle bars, cafés and caterers who need more capacity than a two-basket unit.

Each tank has its own thermostat and drain tap, so you can run one tank or both, or hold them at different temperatures. The baskets have heat-resistant wooden handles for quick portioning.
