Description

The Parry NPDPF is a 600mm-wide freestanding electric fryer with two independent 9-litre tanks, so you can fry chips in one and fish, chicken or anything battered in the other without the flavours mixing. It suits takeaways, chip shops, pubs, canteens and fixed catering units.

Choose 2 x 6kW (NPDPF6) or 2 x 9kW (NPDPF9). The 9kW model recovers its oil temperature faster between batches for the busiest services. Both power options are hardwired on a single phase or three phase + neutral supply, so this fryer suits fixed kitchens and catering units with a proper electrical supply rather than a van running from a small generator. It must be connected by a qualified electrician.

Each tank has its own adjustable thermostat and safety cut-out thermostat. The fryer heads lift out for cleaning, and a hinged front panel opens to reach the drain taps. Baskets, batter plates and lids come with it.
