The Blue Seal Cobra CR9D is a 900mm commercial gas range with six open burners on top and an extra-wide static oven underneath. It suits busy kitchens, takeaways and catering units that run a lot of pans at once and still need a full oven.
Each open burner is rated at 5kW on natural gas (4.6kW on propane), with cast iron burners, vitreous enamel pot stands and flame failure protection as standard. The high-crown oven takes one 2/1 gastronorm pan or two 1/1 pans side by side, has four rack positions and comes with two chrome-plated racks.
The oven runs from 100°C to 310°C on a thermostat, with piezo ignition and flame failure on the oven pilot, and opens on a pair of French doors so the doors take up less room in front of the range. The vitreous enamelled oven liner and removable stainless steel spill trays keep cleaning simple, and every part can be reached from the front for servicing.
Choose LPG/Propane or Natural Gas when you order. It must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
