The Blue Seal Cobra CR6C fits burners, a griddle and an oven into 600mm: two open burners and a 300mm griddle plate on top, with a full static oven underneath. It suits small kitchens, cafés, takeaways and catering units that need all three in a tight space.
Each open burner is rated at 5kW on natural gas (4.6kW on propane), with cast iron burners, vitreous enamel pot stands and flame failure protection as standard. The 12mm machined steel griddle plate has its own burner with a pilot, flame failure and piezo ignition, and sits on the right-hand side.
The high-crown oven takes a 1/1 gastronorm pan, runs from 100°C to 310°C on a thermostat, has four rack positions and comes with two chrome-plated racks. The vitreous enamelled oven liner and removable spill trays keep cleaning simple, and adjustable front feet with rear rollers make it easy to level and pull out.
Choose LPG/Propane or Natural Gas when you order. It must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
