Description
Description
The Infernus double-door plate warmer holds around 120 plates up to 12″ at serving temperature, so hot food goes out on a hot plate and stays hot to the table. It suits restaurants, hotels, banqueting kitchens, pubs and wedding and event caterers.
A simple dial thermostat sets 30–85°C, the shelf adjusts to suit plates or bowls, and the cabinet moves on castors. It draws just 0.4kW on a 220–240V supply.
