Description
The Infernus 90cm hot cupboard and gantry gives you a heated cupboard for plates and trays, a flat heated top to stand dishes and pans on, and a two-tier overhead gantry with heat lamps to keep plated food hot on the pass.
The cupboard thermostat runs from 30 to 110°C, each gantry tier has its own switch, and overheat protection is built in. It moves on lockable castors with a push handle. At 90cm wide it fits smaller kitchens and serving areas.
