The Infernus 155.5cm hot cupboard combines a wet-heat bain-marie top with a heated cupboard below. Serve sauces, vegetables, curries and mains from the gastronorm pans on top while plates and back-up trays stay hot in the cupboard underneath.
The top and the cupboard have separate thermostats, so each runs at its own temperature. Sliding doors open onto two shelves, and the unit moves on braked castors with a push handle, so it can be wheeled into place for service and out for cleaning. At 155.5cm wide it is the largest in the range, for busy carveries, canteens and buffet lines.
