Description
The Infernus 120cm three-layer heated gantry gives you 3 heated tiers in a 120cm footprint, each with 3 overhead heat lamps, so you can hold more plates and dishes hot without taking up more counter space. Three tiers across 120cm suit busy passes, carveries and buffets that need serious holding capacity.
Each tier has its own switch and its own 13A plug lead, so you only heat the tiers you need on a quieter shift. The open design keeps food easy to reach, and the stainless steel frame wipes clean. It suits restaurant passes, carveries, takeaways, canteens and buffets.
