The Infernus 120cm two-layer heated gantry gives you 2 heated tiers in a 120cm footprint, each with 3 overhead heat lamps, so you can hold more plates and dishes hot without taking up more counter space. The 120cm width suits a typical restaurant pass or carvery counter.
Each tier has its own switch and its own 13A plug lead, so you only heat the tiers you need on a quieter shift. The open design keeps food easy to reach, and the stainless steel frame wipes clean. It suits restaurant passes, carveries, takeaways, canteens and buffets.
