Description

The Infernus INF-NC2 is a compact countertop noodle and pasta boiler with two baskets, for cooking or reheating portions of noodles, pasta, ramen, dumplings and vegetables to order. At 250mm wide it fits small kitchens, food trucks and takeaway counters.

Each portion cooks in its own basket with a heat-resistant wooden handle, which makes portion control quick. An adjustable thermostat sets the water temperature, and a front drain tap empties the tank at the end of service.
