The Infernus INF-IRC42 is a 10-litre commercial rice cooker in a smart black and stainless steel finish that looks at home on a buffet as well as in the kitchen. It cooks automatically and then switches to keep-warm, so rice stays at serving temperature without overcooking.

A steamer basket is included, so the same unit steams vegetables, dumplings and chicken. It also comes with a rice spoon and measuring cup, and the non-stick inner pot lifts out for cleaning.

It suits restaurants, takeaways, sushi bars, hotels, canteens and caterers, and draws 1.9kW.
