The Infernus INF-RC10 cooks up to 10 litres of rice and then switches itself to keep-warm, so rice is ready at serving temperature through service without overcooking. It suits takeaways, restaurants, cafés, food trucks and caterers.
Operation is one touch: add rice and water, press the switch, and the cooker does the rest. The non-stick inner pot lifts out for serving and cleaning.
