Description

The Infernus INEG-60 is a 600mm commercial flat-top electric griddle for cafés, burger bars, food trucks and breakfast operations. It is the standard-range 60cm griddle — a step up in width from the 50cm with twin heat zones for more flexible cooking.

Two independently controlled zones, each with its own thermostat and indicator lights, deliver 5kW in total. Run both sides flat out during a rush, or keep one side cooler for eggs and holding while the other sears. The 11mm steel plate keeps its heat under load and spreads it evenly across the surface.

The body is stainless steel with overheat protection, a removable grease collection tray and non-slip rubber feet. Each zone has its own power lead, so the griddle runs from two standard 13A sockets rather than a dedicated supply.
