The Lincat SGE1 EcoSense works on demand instead: it drops to 50% power to keep the cavity warm, then comes back to full power for fast recovery, cutting energy use by around half compared with Lincat’s GR3.

A sleep mode saves more in quiet periods, and the full-power and 50% timers can be set to suit your menu. High-temperature glass-covered elements, a removable roasting rack and a crumb tray keep it easy to clean. It plugs straight in.
