The Pitco VF35 is the economy model in Pitco’s single-tank gas fryer line-up — a compact floor-standing fryer rated at 70,000 BTU that keeps gas running costs down while still giving dependable, consistent frying. With around 16 litres of oil and twin baskets, it suits smaller menus, food trucks and trailers, and busy kitchens that want a second fryer without the gas draw of a larger unit. It’s built from stainless steel with a welded tank, has a deep cool zone to help extend oil life, and runs on either LPG or natural gas.
