Description
Description
The Infernus INF-HCM1 is a single-plate electric crepe maker for cafés, dessert shops, market stalls and event caterers. A large round hotplate heats quickly and holds an even temperature, so sweet and savoury crepes and galettes cook evenly from the centre to the edge.
It runs on 3kW from a standard 13A plug, so there is no gas to arrange. The stainless steel body sits on anti-slip rubber feet, and a thermostat with indicator lights sets the plate temperature.
