Infernus Double Electric Crepe Maker – Twin Plates, 6kW

Description

The Infernus INF-HCM2 puts two round crepe plates side by side, each with its own thermostat. Cook two crepes at once, or keep one plate for sweet and the other for savoury galettes at a different heat.

It suits busy crêperies, dessert shops, market stalls and event caterers. The stainless steel body sits on anti-slip rubber feet, and each plate has its own power and heating indicator lights.

With two 3kW plates it draws 6kW in total, more than a standard 13A socket can supply, so it needs a suitable single-phase supply connected by a qualified electrician.
