The Blue Seal Cobra C9D gives you six open burners on one 900mm unit, with an open cabinet base underneath. It suits busy kitchens, takeaways and catering units that cook mostly in pans and need plenty of burners rather than an oven.
Each open burner is rated at 5kW on natural gas (4.6kW on propane), with variable high to low control, cast iron burners, vitreous enamel pot stands and flame failure protection as standard. The burner caps lift off and the burners and spill trays come out for cleaning.
The open cabinet base gives you storage for pans and stock under the cooktop. The unit is fully modular, so it lines up with other Blue Seal Cobra equipment, and adjustable front feet with rear rollers make it easy to level and to pull out for cleaning.
Choose LPG/Propane or Natural Gas when you order. It must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
