The Blue Seal Cobra C9C puts four open burners and a 300mm griddle plate on one 900mm unit, so you can run pans and cook on the plate side by side. It suits busy kitchens, takeaways and catering units that need hard-working burners and a griddle but have no need for an oven underneath.
Each open burner is rated at 5kW on natural gas (4.6kW on propane), with cast iron burners, vitreous enamel pot stands and flame failure protection as standard. The 12mm machined steel griddle plate has its own burner with a pilot, flame failure and piezo ignition, and sits on the right-hand side.
The open cabinet base gives you storage for pans and stock under the cooktop. The unit is fully modular, so it lines up with other Blue Seal Cobra equipment, and adjustable front feet with rear rollers make it easy to level and to pull out for cleaning.
Choose LPG/Propane or Natural Gas when you order. It must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
