The Blue Seal Cobra C6C puts two open burners and a 300mm griddle plate on a compact 600mm unit. It suits smaller kitchens, cafés, takeaways and catering units that want pans and a griddle side by side without giving up the space for an oven.
Each open burner is rated at 5kW on natural gas (4.6kW on propane), with cast iron burners, vitreous enamel pot stands and flame failure protection as standard. The 12mm machined steel griddle plate has its own burner with a pilot, flame failure and piezo ignition, and sits on the right-hand side with a stainless steel grease tray.
The open cabinet base gives you storage for pans and stock under the cooktop. The unit is fully modular, so it lines up with other Blue Seal Cobra equipment, and adjustable front feet with rear rollers make it easy to level and to pull out for cleaning.
Choose LPG/Propane or Natural Gas when you order. It must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
