The Blue Seal Cobra CR6D is a compact 600mm commercial gas range: four open burners on top and a full static oven underneath. It suits kitchens, takeaways and catering units that need a proper cooker with an oven in a small footprint.
Each open burner is rated at 5kW on natural gas (4.6kW on propane), with cast iron burners, vitreous enamel pot stands and flame failure protection as standard. The high-crown oven takes a 1/1 gastronorm pan, has four rack positions and comes with two chrome-plated racks.
The oven runs from 100°C to 310°C on a thermostat, with piezo ignition and flame failure on the oven pilot. The vitreous enamelled oven liner and removable spill trays keep cleaning simple, and every part can be reached from the front for servicing. Adjustable front feet and rear rollers make it easy to level and pull out.
Choose LPG/Propane or Natural Gas when you order. It must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
