On the other side of the grill, it’s a wok cooking thanks to the guided flame on the bottom of the wok This gas stove works by Piezo ignition and is equipped with a safety thermocouple. Thanks to the adjustment knob, this high power stove is used to cook, to heat up or to keep warm any type of cooking.
The professional gas stove GAR 14 XL fits into communities, associations and festivals. This gas stove is easy to clean: the reversible cast iron grill, the burner crown and the burner support mounted in one piece are completely removable.
