The GGF twin deck pizza oven is made in Italy for pizzerias, restaurants and busy takeaways that need serious capacity. Two 700 x 700mm chambers each take four 14″ (35cm) pizzas, so you can bake eight at once.
Each deck bakes on a refractory stone base for a crisp, evenly cooked base, and the decks are controlled independently, so you only heat what service needs. Fire-resistant glass doors and halogen chamber lights let you watch the bake without opening the door.
The reinforced stainless steel body is insulated with high-density mineral wool to hold the heat in. At 9.6kW it needs a hardwired single-phase supply, connected by a qualified electrician.
