The Infernus INF-10L is a light, compact countertop electric fryer for cafés, kiosks, trailers and kitchens that need an extra fryer for sides. At 5kg and 270mm wide it fits almost anywhere, and it runs on a standard 13A plug.
The 10-litre tank takes an 8-litre oil fill, and the oil well lifts out so the fryer can be emptied and cleaned without a drain tap. A variable thermostat (50–190°C) and 3kW element hold your temperature, with a high-limit safety stat as back-up.
Supplied with lids, a crumb rack and a basket hanger, and it sits on anti-slip rubber feet.
