The Infernus INF-WB04B is a rotating waffle maker: pour the batter, close the plates and flip the unit over so the batter spreads evenly. The result is a thick, fluffy Belgian-style waffle, 178mm across and 25mm deep, with an even golden colour on both sides.
A digital keypad sets the temperature from 124°C to 230°C and a timer up to 99 minutes 59 seconds, with a bell when the waffle is ready, so staff get the same result every time. The inner waffle grids lift out for cleaning and a crumb tray catches drips.
It runs on 1.2kW from a standard 13A plug, so it suits cafés, dessert shops, food trucks and event caterers.
