Gas or electric? The Silverlink 600 LPG griddles come with a smooth, half ribbed or machined steel plate, with flame failure protection and piezo ignition; the machined steel GS4/P cooks up to 100 burgers an hour. On the electric side, the Lynx 400 LGR2 has a 615mm cast iron plate and plugs in, the compact Lynx 400 LGR is just 315mm wide, and the Silverlink 600 GS6/T/E has twin heat zones.
