The King Edward Bake King Solo is a compact countertop convection oven with King Edward’s traditional look. It suits cafés, kiosks, farm shops and catering units that want to bake jacket potatoes, pastries, pies and bread in front of customers on a small footprint of just 505 x 475mm.
The 2/3 gastronorm interior has three anti-tilt wire shelves, and the fan oven runs from 50°C to 250°C on a thermostat with a built-in audible timer. The oven is lit while it cooks so the food sells itself. There is no separate display area on this model.
The interior is easy-clean stainless steel and it plugs into a standard 13 amp socket. Choose from black, red, green, blue, cream or stainless steel. Made in Britain by King Edward.
