Infernus Countertop Heated Display 45L – Double Shelf, Curved Glass

Description

The Infernus 45L heated display keeps pasties, sausage rolls, pies, toasties and baked goods hot and on show at the till, where they sell on impulse. The curved glass front lets customers see everything, and two wire shelves double the display space in the same footprint.

Staff load and serve from the back through the glass doors, a water tray in the base adds moisture so food does not dry out, and a pull-out tray catches crumbs. The thermostat runs from 30 to 90°C and the unit runs at 800W from a standard 13A plug, so it suits cafés, bakeries, sandwich shops, farm shops and food vans.
