This mobile prep station puts your work surface, storage and GN pans in one place, so ingredients stay within reach during service. It suits takeaways, pizza shops, bakeries, cafés and catering kitchens.
Seven rails take GN pans under the worktop, the overshelf adds storage without taking more floor space, and the lower shelf holds the bulkier items. Four castors make it easy to move for cleaning, and two locking brakes hold it still while you work.
