The Infernus 50cm LPG Gas Griddle is a space-saving yet powerful solution for professional kitchens, food trucks, and mobile catering units. With a compact 50cm footprint, this griddle doesn’t compromise on performance. Its stainless steel structure and 12mm chrome plate deliver fast, even cooking for breakfast items, burgers, and more.

Engineered for reliability, the unit features robust horseshoe burners for uniform heat distribution, piezo ignition for quick startup, and a flame failure device for maximum safety. Cleanup is made easy with a wide drainage hole and removable fat collection drawer.

Designed with adjustable feet and a 1/2″ gas connection, this griddle is easy to install, use, and maintain. It also includes a Natural Gas (NG) conversion kit for flexible installation options.
