Description
This freestanding chip scuttle sits beside your fryer, so chips go straight from the basket into a heated holding area. It suits fish and chip shops, takeaways and other high-volume kitchens.
A 1300W element under the pan and two 300W lamps above keep chips hot during long services. The perforated pan lets oil and debris fall away, the bag support speeds up portioning, and the cupboard below holds bags and packaging. Heavy-duty castors let you move it for cleaning.
