The King Edward Bake King Mini bakes jacket potatoes in the main oven and keeps them on show in the display area above. It suits cafés, kiosks, farm shops and catering units selling jacket potatoes all day.
The convection oven takes 25 x 8oz potatoes and cooks a full load in about 50 minutes, and the display area holds another 25. The thermostat runs from 50°C to 250°C, there is a built-in audible timer, and both the oven and the display area are lit.
The back has a built-in wipe-clean glass menu board, the interior has a removable crumb tray, and it is supplied with removable wire trays. It plugs into a standard 13 amp socket. Choose black or stainless steel. Made in Britain by King Edward.
