Description
The Infernus INF-BW3 takes three 1-litre (35oz) sauce bottles and keeps them at serving temperature, so a full sauce line dispenses smoothly through a busy service. It suits quick-service restaurants, takeaways, food trucks and caterers.
The thermostats adjust from 0 to 85°C: preheat, then hold sauces at the recommended 50–65°C. Separate controls let you run one, two or all three bottles.
