Description
Description
The Infernus INF-BW2 takes two 1-litre (35oz) sauce bottles and keeps them at serving temperature, so cheese, chocolate and other sauces dispense smoothly through a busy service. It suits restaurants, quick-service outlets, food trucks and caterers.
The thermostats adjust from 0 to 85°C: preheat, then hold sauces at the recommended 50–65°C. Separate controls let you run one bottle or both.
