Description

The Infernus INF-6A is a 108-litre electric convection oven sized for full 1/1 gastronorm pans, so trays go straight from prep to oven to service. Four aluminium racks and seven shelf positions give you flexibility for roasting, baking and batch cooking.

A cook & hold function brings food to temperature and then holds it there, which is ideal for service periods where dishes need to stay hot without overcooking. There is a 60-minute baking timer and a 180-minute cooking timer, top and bottom heating elements, and a fan for even results across the shelves.

It runs on 2.8kW from a standard 13A plug. Ceramic-coated cavity, internal light, safety cut-out, waterproof on/off switch and a stainless steel body on anti-slip feet.
