The GR 40 G vertical gas grill can cook or reheat a 15-kg spit of kebab or gyros meat using its two infrared burners with safety thermocouples. Each burner can be regulated independently, allowing you to adjust the cooking intensity from a low simmer to a large flame. For even cooking, the back and heating sources of the grill can be adjusted according to the size of the meat spit.
