For optimal cooking across different spit sizes, the burner and back assembly are fully adjustable, ensuring even heat distribution. Built for professional use, the GR 40G features a fully hermetic base plate, ball-bearing mounted spit, and a sealed motor protected from fat infiltration. Its wide stamped juice collector, removable drip tray, and front access cleaning drawer make it one of the most hygienic and user-friendly models in its class. Supplied for LPG with a natural gas conversion kit included.
