Suitable for the Large Hog Roast Oven this is a replacement set of Spit Shaft & Retainer Set

It includes:

Large Hog Roast Oven Spit Shaft – Solid stainless steel which is 25mm in diameter and 163cm long. Spiked on one end and with four carving positions and a motor cut out at the other end.

2 x ‘U’ Retainer which are used to secure your meat to the spit pole. Usually through the back of the pig or lamb but can also be used to secure joints of meat.

2 x 4 Prong Retainer. These are used to secure your meat to the spit pole at either end.

All our Large Hog Roast Retainers are made to fit our cylindrical spit pole which has a 25mm diameter. The hole on this retainer is slightly bigger than this and it is secured in place with an M8 bolt.
