The Large Roasting Tray replaces the spit on your oven, allowing you to static roast inside. This means, when cooking a full pig, you wont need to use the spit and retainers to secure it. You can simply place the pig inside the tray and let is baste in its own juices. The tray has a drainage hole for easy emptying and comes with 2 braces that fit the top of the oven so you can roast at two different heights within the oven.
