The gas griddle PSF 600 G is a large cast iron cooking plate very popular in traditional cooking for its thermal inertia. The cast-iron plate of the gas griddle PSF 600 G accumulates heat by its strong thermal inertia. With enough power under the gas griddle, the cast-iron restores energy during contact cooking. After disconnecting the griddle plate, residual heat can still be used to keep foods warm. This large cast iron plate, the real origin of contact cooking, is still used a lot among fans of traditional contact cooking in common restaurants.

The professional griddle plate PSF 600 G allows you to cook a wide variety of products at even temperature. The professional griddle plate PSF 600 G is equipped with a double piezo ignition and two adjustment knobs. After less than 15-20 minutes of preheating, the cast-iron plate reaches an even temperature over the whole cooking surface thanks to two gas burners. Both star-shaped burners cover the entire surface of the cast-iron plate. Thanks to the power of the burners, the gas griddle PSF 600 G ensures a homogeneous cooking without heat loss on the edges.

This professional griddle plate can grill a wide variety of meats, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, onions but also fried eggs, omelettes. Thanks to the independent control of the 2 cooking zones, you can alternate and vary the cooking on the 600 mm wide plate. For example, it is possible to grill meat on the large flame position on one side and to simmer vegetables at lower temperature (small flame position).

The gas griddle PSF 600 G offers unrivalled safety. It is equipped with two safety thermocouples: in the event of a malfunction or gas leak, the thermocouple automatically stops the cast-iron plate for safety. The juices and grease are drained into the fully removable drawer. The stainless steel collecting tray can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
