After disconnecting the griddle plate, residual heat can still be used to keep foods warm. The professional griddle plate PSF 400 G is equipped with a double piezo ignition and an adjustment knobs. After less than 15-20 minutes of preheating, the cast-iron plate reaches an even temperature over the whole cooking surface thanks to the gas burner. This star-shaped burner covers the entire surface of the cast-iron plate. Thanks to the power of the burner, the gas griddle PSF 400 G ensures a homogeneous cooking without heat loss on the edges.

This professional griddle plate can grill a wide variety of meats, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, onions but also fried eggs, omelettes.

The gas griddle PSF 400 G offers unrivalled safety. It is equipped with the safety thermocouple: in the event of a malfunction or gas leak, the thermocouple automatically stops the cast-iron plate for safety.
