Engineered with a durable stainless steel frame and a powerful multi-jet target burner, the FF18 ensures fast heat recovery and consistent frying results. The fryer features a V-shaped tank for easier cleaning, a large 30mm drain valve for quick oil removal, and an adjustable thermostat range of 100°C to 190°C. Rear splashback and stainless lid are included as standard.
