How International Orders Work

We Prepare Your Order

After payment, we’ll prepare the order and provide:

• Dimensions & weights of goods for your freight forwarder.
• Product codes for customs clearance.

Arrange Collection

• You arrange a courier or freight forwarder to collect from our UK warehouse.
• You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and VAT reclaim in your own country.

We Provide Documentation

We’ll supply commercial invoices and other paperwork needed for export.

Important Information for International Buyers

• MobCater charges UK VAT on all orders.
• We are not able to process zero-rated VAT exports directly.
• You or your freight forwarder must handle export collection and customs clearance.

Can you ship directly abroad? – At this time, MobCater does not ship directly outside of the UK. International customers are welcome to arrange their own freight forwarder or courier service to collect their order from our UK warehouse. We will provide all necessary details such as product dimensions, weights, and commercial invoices to support your export.

Can I buy from you without paying UK VAT?

As a UK supplier, we are not set up to process zero-rated VAT exports. All orders are charged at the VAT-inclusive price shown on our website. Many international customers choose to pay VAT upfront and then reclaim it locally in their own country with the help of their freight forwarder or customs agent.

Will you provide export documentation?

Yes. Once your order is prepared, we will supply:

Commercial invoices

• Product dimensions and weights
• Product codes for customs clearance

This information can be given directly to your freight forwarder or courier service to assist with export.

 How do I arrange collection?

You are responsible for arranging collection through a freight forwarder or courier service of your choice.

We recommend working with an experienced company familiar with UK exports to ensure a smooth process.

Can you recommend a freight forwarder?

While we don’t directly partner with any freight forwarders, we are happy to liaise with your chosen company and provide the necessary details for collection.

How do I pay for my international order?

For international orders, we issue a pro forma invoice with our IBAN and SWIFT payment details. Payment must be made by bank transfer before we release goods for collection.
