The main difference of using this over powder or tablets is that you reduce the risk of blocking your jets with powder or tablets that may not dissolve.

It is common for machines to block up from both coffee and cleaning chemicals but using a liquid form of the solution will prevent your group heads from getting blocked. Use this in similar quantities, so if you previously used one tablet now you will use one teaspoon. Recommend using this over other cleaning chemicals for back flushing all coffee machines, even bean to cup machines.
